Equipment Axle was suffering from extreme abrasion. Dura-Coat® Rebuild Fast 151 was used to rebuild the lost thickness.
Dura-Coat® Rebuild Fast 151 is a quick curing, high abrasion resistant, and slight chemical resistant coating. This makes it perfect to rebuild lost thickness is equipment. The 151’s good adhesion and high malleability made it easy to use and shape during this repair, which allowed the team to make an accurate repair (smooth transition where material and equipment meet).
