DESCRIPTION
Raw limestone conveyor was suffering from extreme abrasion during operation. Large chunks of limestone would fall and rip pieces of the conveyor off. Dura-Coat® Rubber Flex 900 was used to repair damaged areas.
Dura-Coat® Rubber Flex 900 is a quick repair quick coating designed mainly for conveyor repair. Its malleability, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance makes it perfect for use on every type of conveyor belt. In this case it was used to fill large holes and worn areas of the conveyor belt.
