DESCRIPTION
High pressure water lance in main crusher was suffering from extreme abrasion in a high temperature environment.
Dura-Coat® Abrasion Fast 356HT is a abrasion, impact, and temperature resistant two part epoxy. With it’s quick 1 hour cure time, the repair was quickly performed and only lost 10% mass after 45 days in operation. This is allowing for continuous operation of equipment where previously there would be a need for maintenance.
