1. Level 1: Ideal for quick repairs on non-pressurized pipelines. This ready-to-use kit allows repairs in just 30 minutes and supports pressures up to 400 psi (28 kg/cm²) and temperatures up to 200°C (392°F). It is perfect for applications on fittings, bends, and valve bodies.
2. Level 2: Designed for pressurized pipelines, this kit allows repairs without requiring a shutdown. It can seal leaks at up to 150 psi (11 kg/cm²) and withstand up to 400 psi (28 kg/cm²).
3. Level 3 – PTFE: Designed for more demanding applications, this kit is effective in environments with steam and chemicals, providing repairs in 30 minutes under active pressure of up to 150 psi (11 kg/cm²) and supporting temperatures up to 280°C (500°F).
4. Level 3 – Mesh: This kit is a robust solution for repairs on bends and fittings of pipelines carrying steam and chemicals. It is easy to use and requires one hour to complete the repair (depressurized), supporting pressures up to 400 psi (28 kg/cm²) and temperatures up to 230°C (446°F).
